From all of us at Sullivan Construction, Inc. We wish you a very Happy New Year and the best in 2011.

Without  all of you who are interconnected to Sullivan we would not enjoy the business opportunities that sustain our relationships with our clients, vendors, subcontractors and our employees who work diligently every day to maintain the integrity of our name in business.  THANK YOU!  Please take the time early in the New Year 2011 to thank those who are most important in your lives daily and to reflect on your many blessings.

Sullivan Construction Inc.- Spring 2010

 President’s Message

LEED-Green update:

Our office building received the LEED Platinum Certification for Commercial Interiors this
spring; the first office building in NH to achieve this level of certification.

Sustainable Projects:

We completed two new projects: the Mason School as a CHPS (Collaborative for High
Performance Schools) project and the Vansullwood Realty LLC. office building in Bedford NH,
which is pursuing LEED Silver Certification.

PSNH study:

NH Saves magazine is publishing a follow up to our 2009 case study on energy conservation
in our building for circulation in May/June-2010.

As part of our mission Team Sullivan spends time in the community educating students, not
for profits, and business associations on the benefits of green and sustainable construction.

We also supported the Easter Seals “Building on Hope” project with many volunteer hours,
participating in bringing change to their Manchester campus.
